Community & Connection

I always dreamed of two things - writing a book and connecting with fellow survivors. I never imagined I'd be doing those things together. One of the most important aspects of this journey for me is to advocate for us all, and a big part of that is simply having resources available.

  • International Suicide Hotline
    • Organized by country
  • RAINN
    • National Sexual Assault Hotline
    • This site offers 24/7 confidential support.
    • Call: 1-800-656-4673
    • Text: Text "HOPE" to 64673
    • Or chat live
  • National Indigenous Women's Resource Center
    • This site offers culture-informed support and resources for Indigenous women in the US.
    • Call: 855-649-7299
  • National Domestic Violence Hotline
    • This site takes internet search seriously and provides alternatives to keep your browser history "clean."
    • Call:   1-800-799-7233
    • Text:  Text "START" to 88788
    • Or chat live
  • Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration
    • This site has a ton of resources for struggles with substance use and/or mental health.
  • Cutter Law: Rideshare Sexual Assault
    • This site includes tips for staying safe while ridesharing, company screening process/responsibilities, and how to start seeking legal action for survivors.
    • *Cutter Law proactively reached out to share this free resource they created to spread awareness and advocate for survivors who have experienced sexual assault during rideshare. I'm beyond grateful for their partnership.

My healing journey began with a call to a hotline. There is no shame in needing help. We are stronger together.

I'll continue updating this page as I find helpful resources. If you have one you'd like me to add, please fill out my contact form and include the resource link and/or contact number.
